
In my prenatal yoga classes, I teach you to prepare for a wonderful birth experience by practicing deep relaxation, meditation, breath work, focusing through intense sensation, and poses that help the body open and strengthen as well as get your baby into a good position.
I have been practicing yoga for over fifteen years, and am certified to teach prenatal yoga by the Seattle Holistic Center.
